MEN OF FAITH
Welcome to a new type of relational environment that is designed just for you as a man. We are convinced that men need Jesus and men need men. We are in a battle today for our faith in Jesus and we need to stand together. Our morning Bible studies are designed to help us grow in Christ.
Men's MORNING
bible study values:
​READY: Each week we will have assigned a section of the Bible to read and study. We will be using the SOAP method of journaling to write down our thoughts about God’s Word. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 says: 16 Every Scripture has been written by the Holy Spirit, the breath of God. It will empower you by its instruction and correction, giving you the strength to take the right direction and lead you deeper into the path of godliness. 17 Then you will be God’s servant, fully mature and perfectly prepared to fulfill any assignment God gives you. Be Ready to study God’s Word.

REAL: As men we need a place to be Real with other men. Our time together is designed for to be Real with one another. To share the truth about our lives and receive encouragement and grace. Being Real is not weak. Being Real is acknowledging that life is better when we have friends that will tell us the truth because they want the best for us. Proverbs 27:17 says: As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. We desire to be men that are Real with Jesus and it’s helps to have men to be Real with too.

RELIABLE: The world needs Reliable men. Men that can be trusted to do the right thing all the time. Men that will love their wives and raise their children well. Men that will show the world what it means to be a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. Men need Reliable men. Men that will walk through the fire with them and men that will be quiet when they hear something confidential. Philippians 1:27 says: Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Men of Faith, let’s be Reliable men!

We know that many men—even within the church—struggle silently with sexual brokenness, addiction, or unhealthy patterns that can feel overwhelming and isolating. You don’t have to walk through that alone.
At Cheney Faith Center, we provide confidential opportunities for men to pursue hope, healing, and accountability. Whether through small groups, one-on-one conversations, or resources like Pure Desire, our heart is to walk with you toward freedom.
Several men at CFC have walked this road themselves and now lead groups where honesty and growth can take root. They are here to listen, encourage, and connect you with resources that are helping men find lasting freedom.
