Rooted provides the opportunity to connect with God, the church community and your purpose in unexpected life-changing ways. Think of Rooted as a personal journey. A journey with the goal of deepening your connection with God, His Church, and your purpose in the big, epic story He is writing through human history. Beyond a program, seminar or small group, Rooted is a catalyst for life-change. Rooted provokes questions and conversations and offers beyond-what-is-comfortable group experiences designed to give you a glimpse of your story in God’s story.

In the course of 10 weeks you will gather weekly with your group to share a meal and talk about various areas of your life that your faith touches. You will discuss the readings, pray together, serve together and share your story with each other. After the last session, you'll join together with other Rooted groups to celebrate how God is working to connect each of you with your passion, purpose and your community.

 

The expectations are a 10 week commitment with two extra experiences outside of your group time, a prayer experience and a serving experience with a local non-profit.
