Women's Ministries
Activities/Events: We provide an activity or event once a month (excluding the months of July – September). These are designed for women to come together in a social setting to get connected with other women in the church. Watch the bulletin for upcoming activities, times, dates, and places.
Outreach: Currently, we are supporting iCHOICE, a ministry of Life Services, in Cheney. We participate in a yearly fundraiser and we make hand-made cards for them to use as a follow-up to their counseling.
Service: One of the ways we serve the church body is by providing meals for families when the main meal maker (usually the woman of the house) is out of commission due to illness, the birth of a baby or other circumstance. We also assist with other needs as they arise.
Heart to Heart: Women need relationships with other women. Since earliest times, the relationships between women have been an essential tool for learning how to be a woman, wife, mother, friend. Heart to Heart provides the opportunity for women to get together to build relationships and learn from each other. Our topics vary from spiritual, practical, relational to just plain fun. We meet monthly (excluding the month of December and the Summer months), watch the bulletin for dates, times and topics.
